Shipping
Let us get a heat-pack to you as quickly and as safely as possible! Please read on below to find out more about our Shipping process.
We use both Sendle and Australia Post shipping methods.
If there's a safe place to leave your parcel, the postie will do so however if there's not a safe place and you are not at home at the time of delivery, a card will be left in your mailbox with instructions on how-to-collect or organise a re-delivery if that's an option for your address.
